Educationist by heart! Loves to learn and keep learning and also belives in building a culture of learning . Strongly believes if the nation has to change the education system has to change. Education system means the culture of education system. A teacher can change the outlook of school hence continuously striving in developing people at schools and helping other schools to help to build a progressive culture.

 

 

Question 1.Please let us know more about your journey, how and from where you started?
from giving tuitions to class 10 students , right after my board exams to date. It's a story of focus and hard work.

 

 

Question 2. Being a Change-maker, how can you contribute towards the betterment of the community of Teachers and Principals?
Training Teachers for leadership roles , Parent and Crisis management ,Parenting Sessions

 

 

Question 3. What kind of support would you like to provide to teachers and fellow educators?
Answering their queries related to career advancement on Forum., Mentoring and guiding fellow educators., Sharing your thoughts through blog or write-ups

 

 

Question 4.Please mention some of your skills that can help community members.
Extremely good at People Management Skills , Creating a positive School Environment , Cool Principal Children love , A Principal Parents can connect personally

 

 

Question 5.The transition from an individual contributor to a leadership role must have required specific skills, what skills do you think are critical for teachers for such transition? Were there any challenges as well, If yes then how did you overcome those challenges?
Attitude to accept 'i know know' , a mind that say 'learn more' , learning to not manage people 'but genuinely care for them' being open to feedback and suggestions don't fear to lose your chair

within the 5 levels of leadership by John Maxwell, I fall somewhere between People Development and Production

 

 

Question 7. What advice would you give to a new teacher?
Don't become one, if this is a compromise for the sake of ' Managing Family and Being a working women.

 

 

Question 8.What would be your ideal school environment, and how would you encourage that kind of culture?
Believe in WALK THE TALK . Be a people's person - they do not leave organisations , they leave their leaders, Learn to balance between emotional needs of teachers We have made a school Culture book - the same can be shared.

 

 

Question 9. How would you develop an inclusive environment in your school?
The problem is that we look for inclusive environment IN SCHOOL , and not inside the classroom , and we look for Special educators. the solution is in equipping every regular teacher in managing a class with different stars.

 

 

Question 10.As the position of a Principal requires intense time management, how do you organize your day to meet the plethora of requirements and commitments required as the School Principal?
everyone has 24 hours - its about how your identify your prioritising, delegating and multitasking

 

 

Question 11. What is your opinion on the use of technology in classrooms? Were there any challenges that you faced in integrating technology?
Pre Covid, i never liked technology , for the sole reason of no emotional connect with teachers but its not so now. not much challenge and i tried to learn before i wanted to teach my team to doo so we followed 'i do you see:; you do others see; technique

 

 

Question 12.Do you feel there are any gaps in the present education system? If so, how do you feel one can fill those gaps?
losing values in children is the only GAP. I don't want to talk about academic, as that can be recovered anytime but once the child's character development is lost i can not be recovered ever

 

 

Question 13. Would you like to share any specific message to the community of teachers and principals?
Be easy with people and yourself . You don't have to leave your originality.
