The use of the Website by a Candidate or an Organisation shall be deemed acceptance of an agreement to these terms only.

  • The Website has been established to allow candidates to contact organisations and to view their profiles and apply for a job. We do not guarantee any job to our registered users.
  • Any profile created showing irrelevant, political, illegal and porn interest will not be accepted in any condition.
  • Jobors.com will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of candidates and Organisation secure but will not be liable for unauthorised access to the information provided by Candidate and Organisations.
  • A candidate warrants that he is at least eighteen years of age, has the necessary qualifications and/or experience to provide tuition in the subjects specified by the candidate on the Website.
  • A candidate shall indemnify Jobors.com from all claim liabilities costs and expenses (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected disclosed and undisclosed arising out of any use by the candidate of the Website.
  • A candidate and an organisation will not include personal email, contact numbers etc. in the form fields like Teaching Experience, Teaching approach, other topics. Adding contact details except specific fields is not acceptable in any condition and this kind of attempt may suspend that profile.
  • In responding to the feedback of the organisation posted on the Website a candidate shall not be personally abusive about the organisation or its nominee.
  • A candidate and an organisation accept full responsibility for all information published by him/it on the Website and shall indemnify Jobors.com in relation to any liability incurred by them as a result of such information.
  • A candidate or an organisation hereby acknowledges that Jobors.com are not liable to the candidate for reimbursement of any fees paid pursuant to these Terms in the events of any cancellation of any Contract for any reason.
  • A candidate or organisation undertakes to register for the Jobors.com service using accurate and current information about him/her/them - including correct name, address, telephone number, qualifications and any other requested details. A candidate or organisation understands, details entered by them on the website will be publicly visible and may appear in search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing etc.) results.
  • Organisations/schools acknowledge that it is their responsibility to verify the credentials and qualifications of any candidate with whom they enter into or proposes to enter into a contract.
  • Jobors.com will not be responsible for any misbehaviour or any incident and it is the sole responsibility of candidate and organisation to enquire properly before getting into any kind of contract.
  • The members (Candidate and Organisations) acknowledge that Jobors.com may use data for statistical analysis.
  • The members acknowledge that Jobors.com may monitor postings to the Website and communications through the Website and have the right to delete and/or block any such postings or communications.
  • The members warrant that their e-mail and other contact addresses are valid and up to date when using the Website.
  • Members agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that they have no authority to use.
  • Members acknowledge that Jobors.com is not liable for direct indirect consequential or any other form of loss or damage that may be suffered by a member through the use of the Website including loss of data or information or any kind of financial or physical loss or damage.
  • Jobors.com does not guarantee to secure a candidate for a school/organisation or fix-up any remuneration on behalf of any candidate or student. We do not provide any guarantee of the number of total enquiries/business, which a candidate or organisation will receive during their subscription period.
  • Jobors.com Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions, and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you also give your consent to the way we may handle your personal data as detailed in that policy. Given the global nature of the World Wide Web, any posting on the Jobors service (including any which contain personal information) is, of course, accessible to internet users around the world.
  • Jobors.com reserves the right to withdraw or modify aspects of the Jobors.com service, or the entirety of it, where we have legal or commercial reasons to do so. There may also be times when the Jobors.com service becomes inaccessible as a result of technical difficulties experienced by Jobors candidate or on the Internet; we will, however, use reasonable skill and care to overcome these difficulties where they are within our control.
  • In the case of force majeure causing Jobors.com unable to partly or fully execute the Agreement with the registered candidate and organisations, the company will not be considered failing to observe the obligations of the Agreement, and will not bear the responsibility for any inconvenience. Force majeure includes events such as war (whether the war is declared or not), emergency, server-breakdown caused by the transmission of a computer virus, strike, labor dispute, hacker's attacks on the server, fire, earthquakes, flood, typhoon, snowstorm, volcanic eruption and any other natural disasters and other unforeseen events beyond the control of Jobors.com.
  • Jobors.com solely reserves the right to revise or change the subscription and connect rates without any prior notification and refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
  • Jobors.com reserves the right to suspend or deactivate and delete any fake profile even it is a premium member. This is equally applicable to all candidates and Organisations.
  • The management reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notification.
  • Individual candidates are bound to show proof or disclose their qualification details properly to the potential employer before entering into any engagement and as requested by them.
  • Both candidates and organisations can ask to verify each other’s address and residential details before making any direct payments to them. Organisations are requested not to make huge advance payment for the first time if they do not know the candidate properly or have their full contact details proof.
