What to do if I feel helpless in certain situations caused by students?

There could certainly be such instances when some student/s get absolutely uncontrollable. They have biases towards each other, resulting in really tough fights among them which might not just be limited to hot exchange of words but go much beyond that. You can’t avoid intervening in such state of affairs as maintaining decorum in the classroom/school is one of your primal responsibilities but you can seek help from the admin, school counselor or even the management if things get out of control. It’s also essential to make the parents aware of it and have an in-person discussion with the involved parties, preferably in a quiet room. Furthermore, you can make them sign a solution with mutual agreement as a final solution.
