Evaluating and managing the behavior of humans is a huge area which becomes even more complex when the people in question are ‘young children’. So, you really shouldn’t set your expectations from them but yes must make consistent efforts to groom them. Always remember that when the parents are around, the kids’ behavior automatically changes as they share an entirely unique bond with them. Hence you have to act diplomatically with both the guardians as well the kids. Also, know your program well before any interaction with the parents.
