In what case can a school fire a teacher before year end?

A contractual teacher can be fired at any time in the mid-year without being provided with a reason. However, as of the regular ones, the management will mostly have a strong cause to do so. I’ve seen a case where the teacher was fired mid-term because of the constant complaints against her coming from the parents. Things are different with government school teachers as they cannot be fired before the year end unless they’ve done something criminal. Anyhow, if there are drastic performance issues then the renewal of contract could be held. That’s it!
