It’s quite common for them to waste time in gossiping around the washroom which needs to be handled strictly before they start taking it casually. You must take an immediate action of giving a warning and then must supervise regularly to ensure that it’s not repeated. Once such strictness is adopted and a word is spread about the same, the scholars will stop doing it but if they don’t, a second warning should be enough.
