How do you deal with inadequacy at school?

It’s not rare to land up in a situation at school when a less trained/experienced teacher is given your equal position. Practically, you shouldn’t bother about their position and remuneration being at par with yours unless they’re hindering the work in any way. In case the lesser trained teacher is assigned to work with you and you’re not satisfied with the way she’s handling things, it’s essential to straight forwardly talk to her and communicate that there are performance gaps. A calm sit-down conversation would be good enough in demystifying the matter rather than getting into any cold wars. Also, make a proper timetable for scheduling the daily duties and starting the day with a meeting.
