A little about us!
At Uable, we are on a mission to create a child-centered, connected online world. In children, imagination fuels creativity - it allows them to create worlds that adults struggle to rationalize with intelligence. Children are natural imagineers!
An outcome-based education system, exam pressure, competition, and scorecards gradually wear out a child’s imagination muscles that once explored the wonderland. We understand this and our unique 5C skill framework works towards challenging, developing, and honing a child’s skills at a physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual level.
Children are encouraged to imagine, ideate, think, analyze, collaborate with peers and communicate their thoughts effectively. What best way to do that than through play – when they are at their joyous best and learn along the way!
How are we doing this?:
We have a number of skill-based roles (Artist, Coder, Author, Astronomer, Detective, and more.) across areas like STEM, Programming and Tech, Communication, Art, etc. for learners between the age groups of 6-14 years. As a facilitator, you will be responsible for building the skills relevant to these roles while being an Artist, a Coder, an Author, an Astronomer, a Detective, and more yourself! Note: As a facilitator, you will only be facilitating the sessions and are not required to create plans, but are required to be well-prepared with the plans provided to you.
