Open Position: Regional Operation Manager-North
Location: Noida
Minimum Experience- 3-5 Years (Education industry experience mandatory)
Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate preferably in Business Management/Sales/Marketing
Roles and responsibilities:
-Acting as One of Point contact for Franchisee centers of your respective region.
-Responsible for complete Operations of all centers the respective region
-Regular support visits to all centers in North
-Organize BTL activities to maximize enrollments for centers
-Planning marketing strategies in terms of advertising, event planning & publicizing in coordination with Head Office
-Collaborate on future strategic planning with respective stakeholders
-Liaise with extended teams and peer organizations for comprehensive inputs & outputs.
-Coordinating with various departments and the business partners to smoothen day to day Centre operations.
-Responsible for training and development of your respective center team to maximize their productivity and profitability
Eligibility:
-Candidate should have good communication skills.
-Only Male candidates can apply.
-Age should be 30-40Years
Work Timings: 10 A.M.- 6.30 P.M.
