Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging content for digital platforms including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns (SEM) to increase visibility and traffic.
Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media campaigns, monitor social media channels, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics and KPIs for digital marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use findings to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Budget Management: Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize return on investment.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns and projects.
Skills:
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing software).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing and content marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications: Any relevant certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc. are a plus.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
