Key Responsibilities:

Design:

  • Conceive/curate/research and present innovative ideas for new age 21 st Century assessments and qualifications.
  • Visualize and design autonomous learning ware & products for the post 4th Industrial Age: new age assessments and qualifications in the areas of English language and 21 st century skills.
  • Prepare Thought Papers and review and revise Thought Papers prepared by colleagues
  • Develop detailed Blueprints and briefing documents

Product Management:

  • Set up teams for projects to run end to end
  • Interact with internal and external teams of content writers and contributors on an everyday basis to the brief, agree on timelines, issue work and to ensure that the timelines are met
  • Review/revise/edit/feedback on content developed by Content Developers and colleagues
  • Manage trailing and ‘pilot runs’ of new products as an academic and contribute to revisions of the researched products

Content Creation:

  • Develop prototypes and samples of products aligned to the agreed blueprints and briefs.
  • Develop frameworks for assessments and measurement of skills
  • Develop, Review and manage content for Mobile Apps.
  • Create content for books related to the products developed by QAI.
  • Copyedit and proofread books at various stages, ensuring the accuracy of the English language
  • Get digital assets like storyboards, animations, voice-over recordings, songs, test generator, and interactivities created by content creators and carefully review as per requirements
  • Develop content for: blogs, video scripts, texts for marketing collaterals, training workshops and webinars.
  • Submit accurate, well-researched and original work. Curate and develop content within agreed timeframes.

 Product Training:

  • Make presentations to Sales and Marketing team during product-briefing sessions
  • Conduct and observe Teacher Trainer workshops in schools

Generic Skills:

  • CEFR C1 and high language accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
  • Creative Thinking skills: Inter-disciplinary thinking (as opposed to narrow/deep subject specialist approach); ability to re-invent ones’ approach to a task.
  • Cognitive flexibility and adaptiveness– ability to adapt to changing conditions and willingness to learn new things quickly and efficiently.
  • Goal orientation- ability to complete tasks in the agreed time frame. Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Ability to produce high-quality error-free work
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Curation and research skills using the internet.
  • Understanding and adherence to company policies and style.
  • Ability to cope with work pressures and tight deadlines.
  • Awareness of new technologies, the ability to explore smarter technology-enabled solutions for all problems including social-media literacy, keep abreast of the latest developments and trends.
  • Work in a team, to brainstorm, exchange and develop own and other’s ideas with the goal of constructing new structures.
