Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Explain complicated ideas and principles with understandable language
- Manage a classroom with groups of students while making sure that individuals comprehend the concepts explained.
- Do student assessment and evaluation.
- Conduct training and provide hands-on activities to take place in a laboratory setting.
- Teach and explain basic concepts in computer science and more specialized facts regarding complex software.
- Coach and teach in the field of computer science or related subjects.
- Lead courses of certain software like Internet browsers and MS O
- Be attentive to the student's activity and progress
- Give constructive timely feedback and evaluate students' work.
- Be motivated and passionate about the passing of knowledge to others.
Skills Required:
- Good Knowledge of languages (C, C++, Java, etc.)
- Have Word Processing skills
- Database management skills
- Have Internet navigation skills
- Have Touch-typing
- Should have deep conceptual and working knowledge and passion to teach
- Should have effective classroom management skills
- Should have good Parental communications
Qualification: MCA/M.Sc in computer from a recognized institute, B.Ed
Experience Required: Minimum 1 - 6 Years.

Century Foundation was established in the year 2007 with an objective to impart quality education & provide excellent teachers to the society. The college is run by Century Foundation Educational Trust’s Chairman Mr. Manokaran, a lawyer and Correspondent Dr.Mrs.M.Sakthi Devi. This management is making lasting contribution in the field of quality education in order to inculcate the values in teachers for the present generation. They work with an aim /vision to achieve far reaching results in the field of Education. The attitude and interest of our management is promoting excellence in Teacher Education.
It is one among the Colleges of teacher education started under self-financing scheme during 2007 and was affiliated to Bharathiar University until 30.06.2008 with the No : BU/R/A1-A/2007/1679.
The Government of Tamil Nadu by an act of legislature has established the Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University in the State of Tamil Nadu for promoting excellence in Teachers education with effect from 01.07.2008. Our College is presently affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University with the No TNTEU: Vide Lr No: TNTEU/R/AFFLN – Contin /2009-10/159 dated on 15.04.2009 and our recent affiliated lr. No. is No.TNTEU/R/Cont./Affln./2019/150 Dated on 12.09.2019
