St. Thomas School

The St. Thomas group of Schools had its humble beginning in 1986 at Sahibabad in the premises of St. Thomas Orthodox Church. By the imme asurable grace of the Almighty, the St.Thomas Church Society could edify another temple of learning at Indirapuram as the extension of its education venture. The dream came true in 2000 in the form of St. Thomas School, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. The School got affiliated to the CBSE. In 2003 for the Secondary level and the CBSE granted the Senior Secondary status in 2005 (Affiliation No. 2130572, School Code - 60252). The magnificent school building, an architectural marvel, was inaugurated by the then Hon'ble speaker of the Lok Sabha - Shri Somnath Chatterjee on 27th January, 2005 and blessed by Late Lamented H.G Job Mar Philoxenos , the Vice President and His Grace Dr. Youhanon Mar Demetrios, the Metropolitan of the Diocese of Delhi. The overall administration of the school is vested in the Governing Board (an elected body constituted by the Society). This is headed by the Chairman Rev. Fr. Saji Abraham. St. Thomas provides comprehensive education, keeping in view the country's rich heritage & culture. It opens opportunities for the development of different facets of the personality of students.
