Organization Name: NCR Eduservices Pvt. Ltd. (an education outsourcing company)

Job Type: Full Time - Need to spend 6 - 7 hrs in a day

Organization Location: Noida, Sector 58. (Work from home)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitments that are from sourcing to onboarding at different levels.
• Identify candidates via Linkedin, Naukri, Job Boards, Social Networking Sites, Referrals, Head Hunting, Market Mapping, job aggregators, and through their own professional networks.
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews within a stipulated time frame.
• Prepare Job descriptions and post them to appropriate job portals if required.
• Negotiate salary with candidates in alignment with client requirements and delivery managers or account manager's direction.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Must have 0.6 to 1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Should have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a good team player.
• Must have a good personal network that can be utilized to close positions.
• Must be a self-starter, energetic & self-motivated.
• The candidate should be Graduated/Post Graduated.
• MBA Freshers with 0.1 to 1 year of experience can apply.

Key Factors Required:

• The candidate should be flexible for 6 - 7 hours working.
• A person with a high-speed internet connection & Desktop/Laptop will be considered only.
• Excellent speaking & writing skills will be preferred.

Shift timing: Day - (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
