Telecaller and front office Exec

Roles and responsibilities:-

• Contacting prospective students/ parents via emails and cold calls (M Imp)
• To share the admission process with prospective students
• To address the queries of prospective and existing students and their parents
• To facilitate the entire admission process
• To maintain a record of students’ data, registration, admissions, and withdrawals
• Preparing MIS on the walk-ins to conversions; Admission v/s budgets etc.
• Maintain all Institute related required information to be shared with prospective students/ parents as one point of contact
• To be updated with all activities / events for sharing of the same with prospective students/ parents
• Planning various marketing activities in coordination with corporate marketing team to obtain visibility for the Institute

Admissions Counselor Skills and Qualifications:

• Speaking - Talking to others to convey information effectively in English
• Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
• Writing - Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
• Persuasion - Persuading others to change their minds or behavior.
• Graduate in Commerce preferred
• Computer skills a must (include but not limited to Typing contents in word/ PPT/ Excel or preparing tests etc
• Should be well versed with MS Office with prior experience
• Good candidate to be given participation in profits of the institute
