Job Description:

• We are looking for Principals, for our CBSE and Cambridge (CAIE) wing of the school, with strong leadership skills. The desirous candidate should be good at planning and organizing and able to create a safe and effective learning ecosystem in the school. As a key player in the management of the school, he/she should be able to undertake the following tasks independently:
  Manage the school in accordance with the law, administrative code and board policies and regulations.
  Evaluate teachers and other staff members to ensure that the standardized curriculum is adhered to, and identify areas of improvement.
  Participate in the development, evaluation, and revision of curriculum and assume responsibility of approved programs
  Discipline students according to school policy and enforce campus rules, such as the dress code and attendance policy
  Collaborate with teachers, parents and students to provide the best education for each student and assist them in their academic and
  professional goals.
  Participate in hiring, training and other employment activities for teachers and secondary staff members to create a dynamic team
  Provide guidance and counseling services to students on their academic or vocational goals and offer assistance with behavioral modification
  programs.
  Oversee budgeting and grant proposals, and determine budget allocations for items such as supplies, materials, staff and equipment.
  

  Required Candidate profile

• Post Graduate with a B.Ed/M.Ed

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Preferable Female Candidate

• Proven conflict management skills

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Principal in a reputed school will be an added advantage
