Job Description
Role and responsibilities:-
- Planning and preparing courses and lessons. Maintaining up to date subject knowledge related to CBSE preparation for Classes 10th to 12th.
- Be proactively involved in teaching students.
- Motivating, facilitating, teaching, according to the pupil's educational needs.
- Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class. Preparing weekly assignments for each batch assigned to him/her.
- Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students in class and elsewhere.
- Assessing, recording and reporting on the development and progress of students.
- Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement / need arises.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with School Teaching Experience along with experience in scholastic exam training will be preferred.
- Candidates must have a clear understanding of teaching and learning needs of Foundation
- Course students, who need to excel in School as well as Competitive Exams.
- Candidates with a habit of continuous self learning will be preferred.
- Must possess excellent presentation and English communication skills.

About Sri Venkateswara Matric Higher Secondary School
Our school follows Matriculation and Higher Secondary School Syllabus. We have started classes Nursery to XI standard in the academic year 1992-93 and XII in 1993-1994. The second languages are also offered like Tamil, Hindi, French for both the Matriculation and Higher Secondary classes.
We enforce strict discipline, pay personal attention and give effective coaching. Special remedial classes are arranged for improvement need students. All the classes are handled by experienced, trained and well Qualified Graduates and Post Graduates.
In 1982 we started with 40 students with the blessing of almighty and wishes from the state holders made us to reach with 1340 students which is a tremendous growth. Students have excelled not only in academics but have also won several prizes in Inter-School Competitions and we are glad that our banner is knowing through the world for our Montessori.
