Looking for Program Manager (Physical Education) in Sports School

We are having a requirement for Program Manager (Physical Education) in Amritsar, Punjab. The details are mentioned below:

Open Positions: Program Manager (Physical Education)

Location: Amritsar

Working Days: 6 days

Experience: Minimum 4-5 year

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Will be responsible for quality delivery of SVS program.
2. Need to monitor and support the trainers to implement the program
3. Responsible for all the MIS reports as when required by School.
4. Must work with the trainers closely and will monitor them daily through our reporting App.
5. Provide formal training to each of the PE as when required
6. Work as per the calendar and timings of the partner School.
7. Responsible for conducting events and sports program in partner school as per the agreement.
8. Planning and executing the Health and Skill related assessments. This includes collecting the
data and verifying the data to getting the reports delivered/ distributed on time
9. Conduct reflection meetings with the PE staff wherever required.
10. Facilitate key business objectives of Renewal, Escalation, Upgrade and Gross Margin
improvement through customer relationship management and stakeholder mapping.
11. Ensure high team satisfaction and minimal attrition.
12. Resource management and planning to meet/satisfy customer needs.
13. Building and implementation of solutions to address customer escalations and attend service
delivery escalations.
14. Counsel/ guide front line operations resources to deliver value through adherence to SLAs
including generating reports/feedback.
15. Hold staff meetings with direct reports to guarantee effective communication
16. Handling all severity -1 customer escalations and follow all related issues to closure. All Severity-2 customer escalations to be resolved with managerial intervention (as required)
17. Meet the expectations of the schools and staying true to the ES Mantras

Eligibility:

• Qualification- Master’s in physical education
• The candidate should have good spoken English skills.
• Good at class execution, assessment, event planning and execution.
