Responsibilities :

• Facilitate simultaneous instruction to multiple students in your specialized subject area, creating a stimulating cognitive environment that fosters rational thinking and embraces diverse perspectives while remaining aware of your own biases.
• Analyze pedagogic assessments and provide valuable feedback to both educators and learners, contributing to continuous growth and advancement in the educational process.

• Cultivate camaraderie and mutual support among peers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to enhance the collective impact of our exceptional tutor team.
• Conduct individual tutoring sessions across various grade levels, adapting to different skill levels and subjects, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to personalized support.
• Demonstrate an independent-minded approach to learning, with consistent support from your supervisor, ensuring the prompt and effective completion of assigned tasks.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in delivering virtual lessons.

• Demonstrate commitment to education and pedagogy through the attainment of an undergraduate degree in a pertinent field

• Be adaptable to varied individual needs and learning styles, exemplifying a commitment to personalized and tailored instruction
• Possess familiarity with extended computer use, guaranteeing uninterrupted and rewarding tutoring sessions
• Be able to adjust to a changing schedule that is contingent on student demand, demonstrating your adaptability to the perpetually evolving educational landscape
• Embrace peer coaching, signifying your pledge to continual growth and enhancement as an outstanding tutor.

Scheduling :

We are cognizant of the fluctuation in scholar demand over the scholastic year and, to adapt to this, we urge you to provide your convenience on a weekly basis. Part-time tutors can look forward to being allotted between 4 and 30 hours of tutoring engagements per week.

Compensation:

We are delighted to present you with remuneration that reflects your unfaltering commitment and proficiency. Starting at $12/hour.
