Eligibility:

• 3+ years of experience using course authoring tools
• Familiar with web design, video technology, and editing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Understanding of varied learning styles
• Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the below departments in the division
  1. Academic operations
  2. Marketing
  3. Collection planning
  4. Supply chain management
  
• Academics operations Department

1. Implementation of curriculum·
2. Monitor the usage of resources by the schools
3. Regular visits to the school
4. Make sure schools adhere to CBSE guidelines
5. Conduct training for the teachers
6. Academic Calendar planning
7. Provide worksheets and question papers

• Marketing Department

1. To develop and implement marketing plans for all partnership schools
2. Conduct field survey and competitor analysis for each school
3. Lead generation and conversion
4. Present reports on the activities conducted
5. Handle social media platforms for the schools
6. Prepare collaterals for all marketing activities
7. Conduct events and activities throughout the year

• Supply Chain Department

1. Prepare customized student kits and distribute them in each school
2. Provide hardware for digital classes and labs
3. Technical support for all the hardware in the school

• Collections Department

1. Will be responsible for collection planning
2. Ensure the customer is appraised on the future collectible on a timely basis.
3. To collect and follow up with the schools regarding payments for all products and services
4. Manage and follow up with vendors for payments
