Experience: Minimum 5 Years of experience in Learning & Development (Corporate Experience)

Mode of Work: Work from Office

Timings: 9:30 3AM to 6:0 PM (Mon-Fri)

Eligibility:

• Master's degree in educational technology or related field, preferred
• 3+ years of experience using course authoring tools
• Familiar with web design, video technology, and editing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Understanding of varied learning styles
• Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gathering & understanding of business/learning requirements
• Responsible for developing simulations, WBT, ILT, vILTs, and QRGS
• Working with tools such as Articulate Storyline 3 and Rise 360
• Collaborate with clients/stakeholders to achieve desired deliverables and manage the lifecycle of projects (Developing & managing & delivering projects)
• Develop and edit online learning material and content
• Assess learning needs
• Analyze existing instructional material
• Develop and design online material and assessment tools
• Oversee implementation of online learning programs
• Train educators and students to use the online learning system
• Troubleshoot technical problems via reported user issues

Organization Requirement: We are looking for an instructional designer who is ideas-driven, comes from a Learning, Development & training background, and is passionate about making learning an invigorating and empowering experience. Instructional designers can expect to work with
subject matter experts, a diverse range of formats, and multimedia production platforms. Other responsibilities include developing objectives, rewriting and reshaping content, developing visual storyboards, and developing assessments. Successful instructional
designers should have a firm grasp of how people learn, and excellent web design, writing, communication, and collaboration skills. Ideally, the perfect candidate should also have experience in managing projects and a working knowledge of basic graphic design.
This role will create and manage online technology-based (AR, VR & MR) academic and non-credit courses in all modalities.
