Job Description
Shift Timing: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Working Days: Mon to Sat
Location: Sector 58, Noida (WFO)
Key Skills Required:-
- Excellent communication skills (especially listening skills) are highly required.
- Ability to build trust.
- Should be confident & dynamic.
- Passionate about work output.
- Basic computer skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Advise students/parents on their learning needs through structured counseling sessions.
- Organize counseling programs that inculcate the student(s) in question.
- Create the need for smart learning.
- Fix appointments and conduct online demo sessions on a daily basis including follow-up sessions.
- Understand customer profiles & problems to explain the implications of ineffective learning methods.
- Handle objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue.
- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behavior.
- Make sure that the student's parents/guardians are actively involved in the development.
- Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counseling, as per
timelines.
