Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct Initial Interviews to screen suitable candidates to commence training.

• Conduct regular demos to help trainees reach expected standards by providing both verbal and written feedback.

• Conduct drop-ins to aid trainees to reach expected standards by providing written feedback

• Conduct Final Assessments to determine if trainees are prepared to deliver live sessions at expected standards.

• Conduct investigations on sessions to ensure all tutors report back accurate data and follow guidelines appropriately.

• Provide regular and timely feedback to trainees to ensure clear communication targets and status.

• Deliver at least one regular 45 minutes, One-To-One maths tutoring session with a student.
