Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Must deliver appropriate curriculum to teach the sport.
  • Assesses players skill, monitor players during competition and practice, and keeps the sports coordinator informed of the athletic performance of students.
  • Assists with determining game strategy.
  • Follows established procedures in the event of an athletes injury.
  • Distributes equipment, supplies, and uniforms to students as directed by the sports coordinator.
  • Attends staff development meetings, clinics and other professional activities to improve coaching performance.
  • A coach must be reliable, responsible, and compassionate.
  • Coach must be adaptable and flexible.
