Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide Inspired leadership for the organization.
- Develop policy, planning, and strategy decisions to improve existing and past marketing efforts.
- Competitive mapping and differentiation strategy - Track and analyze competition on ongoing basis, share learnings and use it to maintain a competitive edge
- Responsible for the Lead Generation for new and well-established customers.
- Track existing marketing campaigns to completion and report on results.
- Analyze data compiled from questionnaires and other market research.
- Keeps management informed by preparing reports, making presentations, interpreting information, making recommendations.
- Responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees, maintaining a safe and secure work environment, developing personal growth opportunities.
- Travel across the country to organize marketing activities.
