Role and Responsibilities:
- Explain complicated ideas and principles with understandable language
- Manage a classroom with groups of students while making sure that individuals comprehend the concepts explained.
- Do student assessment and evaluation.
- Conduct training and provide hands on activities to take place in laboratory setting.
- Teach and explain basic concepts in computer science and more specialized facts regarding complex software.
- Coach and teach in the field of computer science or of related subjects.
- Lead courses of certain software like Internet browsers and MS O
- Be attentive to the students’ activity and progress
- Give constructive timely feedback and evaluate students' work.
- Be motivated and passionate about the passing of knowledge to others.
Computer Teacher Skills and Qualifications:
- Comfortable working with computer hardware, software, networking and information delivery systems
- Effective communicators with good public speaking skills and strong presentation delivery abilities
- Good leaders, with a variety of teaching styles that facilitate one-on-one and group learning activities

There are five branches of Bharatiya Seva Sadan’s educational ventures, Smt. Radhadevi Goenka College for Women, Akola is one of them. Smt. Radhadevi Goenka College for Women, Akola, (Maharashtra) is affiliated to Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati. It was established in 1965 by Bharatiya Seva Sadan. This Education Society is one of the oldest and pioneering educational societies of the unique within the landscape of Vidarbha region of Maharashtra. It was established with an objective to extend educational opportunities to empower the women of the region, who come from various small villages of Akola region. It is a dream of Late. Smt. Radhadevi Goenka who is founder & mother of this institution who took the Vision – ‘Empowerment of Women through Economic Independence for Betterment of Society.’ similarly the mission is ‘To Impart holistic education in order to transform the girls into Empowered, Self-Earning & Efficient, Individual, Family members and Citizens.’ The college is centrally located in the heart of Akola city. It has a sprawling campus of 23 acres. It offers Five Undergraduate Programmes and Eleven Postgraduate Programs. The undergraduate courses are B.Sc. (Home Science), B.Com, B.A., B.B.A.; B.C.A. Semester pattern examination is implemented. The postgraduate programmes in. English Literature, Marathi Literature, Sanskrit Literature, Indian Music (Vocal), Sociology, Home Economics, Philosophy, Political Science ,Food Science and Nutrition, Human Development and M.Com., are offered to meet the diverse needs of students pursuing higher education. Along with this college is also providing Short Term Courses such as Tally and Fashion Designing.
