Job Description for Assistant Manager - Operation

Job Title: Assistant Manager Operation

Job Summary: We are looking for candidates for our UK client with excellent command over English, written as well as verbal. Areas of expertise required are People Manager, Excel, Data Analytics, Technical bend of Mind. Good with technical troubleshooting.

Experience: 4 -7 Years

Shift: Afternoon Shift (1st, 3rd Saturday and all Sunday Off)

Roles and Responsibilities:

To monitor the delivery throughout the day.
Provide support to the team members with respect to process as well as technical.
Productivity Tracking and Reporting
People Management
Keeping Attrition in control
Client handling and servicing
Process improvement

Qualification and Skills: The candidate should be a University Graduate or Post Graduate. Preferably a technical degree. Hands-on experience on Excel is mandatory and experience with other Data Analytical tools will be addon.

Certifications: Lean, Six Sigma and Technical certifications will be an added advantage.
