Hiring for Arts and Crafts Teacher ( AMITY INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL )

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ability to spot and cultivate creativity.
• Train, rehearse and lead students in school and community art and craft programs.
• Conduct art and craft classes according to rules and regulations established by the Board of education.
• Develop and maintain an effective art and craft educational program for students.
• Schedule daily classes to instruct and rehearse within the assigned time.
• Understand the potentials and skills of each student and guide individual students according to their skills.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback and assistance to improve their art and craft skills.
• To conduct assigned classes at the scheduled times.
• To plan and implement effective classroom management practices.
• Maintain student behavioral standards to ensure a productive and disciplined environment during group rehearsals, practices, and performances.
• Collaborate with school administration to organize art and craft programs for civic functions and school productions.
• Monitor students in and out of the classrooms.
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment for students.
• Participate in curriculum development programs, student activities and faculty committees.
• Teach all types of arts and crafts to students.

• The ability to recognize edges, a perspective of drawing.
• Maintain student grading and attendance records.
• Evaluate student progress and ensure that students complete daily assignments.
• Should have a deeply conceptual and working knowledge
• Should have effective classroom management skills

Qualification: Post Graduation/ Graduation in fine arts.

Experience Required: Minimum 1 - 2 Years.
