Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Conducting Sessions of Personality Development for engineering and non engineering, management, etc.
- Mentoring of students in accordance to job readiness and placements.
- Help them to improve their career prospects & enhance the personality.
- Material Enhancement and Constant Feedback to Student.
- Experience in Content Development, defining process requirement leading towards certification programs, Knowledge of the Subject.
- Must have an expertise in CV/Resume correction
- Must be able to handle a batch size of 50-60 comfortably. Required Candidate profile
- Strong Training Facilitation skills.
- Strong interpersonal effectiveness and teamwork skills.
- High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style.
- Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
