Hiring Chief Manager- EVS in an Educational Group

We are having a requirement for Chief Manager- EVS & Science in an Renowned Educational Group, Gurgaon.

About the School: Education is becoming a major focus area in India, with more and more people demanding quality education services. Organizationhas been established with the intention of offering several education-related services to the national and international market.It currently has three K-12 schools under E-Learning companies, ten K-12 consultancy schools, one owned Pre-School, four Pre-Schools, one international school and many more schools in the pipeline.

Position: Chief Manager-Education and Training (EVS & Science)

Work Days: 5 days working

Experience: Minimum 6 years

Eligibility:

• The Candidate should have masters in respective subjects and B.Ed
• Female candidate should be preferred
• The candidate should be willing to travel.

Key Skills Required:

• Be a part of the academic team and shall provide academic support.
• Be responsible for the creation, development and maintenance of the curriculum documents
• Be accountable for the implementation of training to the school staff.
• Provide support for completion of all domain related deliverables

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development
• Customized training programmes / Training & Development.
• Documentation of systems as per design brief
• Project plans
• School Co-ordination (for Domain Support only)
• Create and maintain quality parameters
• Other assignments
• Self Development

Skills and Competencies:

1. Pedagogy

• Strong understanding of best practices in primary K-12 education
• Clear understanding of pedagogic language and structure
• Able to define pedagogy and create pedagogy based on research

2. Knowledge Management

• Research, collation and customization of data for a variety of K-12 education based deliverables
• Documentation of processes, and acquiring data to systematically support documentation

3. Communication Skills

• Effective and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) that are modified to suit different audience groups
• Presentation capabilities, both ICT and non ICT based
• Effective listening, to be able to gather feedback and collate
• Experience and expertise in training

4. Innovation and Analysis

• Developing solutions based on the available data to suit various requirements
• Enabling others to develop solutions based on their understanding of their needs
• Evaluation of data based on customized criteria

5. Project Management

• Breaking down deliverables into multiple activities
• Creating activity schedules and maintaining them
• Reporting and monitoring (whichever is required)
• Identifying hotspots and taking preventive action

6. Initiative

• Managing deliverables without any supervision and follow up
• Taking responsibility of the situation and driving tasks, projects
• Constantly following up with other team members to get the job done
