It caters to the students of Classes IV to XII standard studying CBSE curriculum and it also provides coaching for JEE / NEET competitive examinations. Its mission is to create an environment to enable and encourage students to enjoy the process of learning in their pursuit for achieving excellence.

Open Positions: Career Counselor

Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in Guidance and career counseling. Bachelor’s Degree in behavioural, social sciences and human services field.

Timings: 8:30 hours & 5 days working

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Career Counselling from Grades VI – XII.
2. Develop the Career Counselling for the school – ensure the proper setup in the schools.
3. Helps students figure out their career goals and how best to reach those goals
4. Help students understand and overcome social or behavioral problems through individual and group counseling
5. Provide individual and small group counseling based on student needs
6. Help students select and apply for educational programs, to obtain the necessary degrees, credentials, and skills
7. Work with students to develop skills, such as organization, time management, and effective study habits.
8. Help students set realistic academic and career goals and develop a plan to achieve them.
9. Evaluate students’ abilities, skills and interests through aptitude and achievement assessments, interviews, and individual planning.

Note: Candidate should be comfortable with travelling.
