Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative instructional methods.
  • Develop professional logistics to improvise student performance.
  • Guide, lead and mentor students in research projects.
  • Evaluate, monitor and mentor student academic progress.
  • Create, innovate and implement career-enhancement programs and activities.
  • Supervise and support teaching assistants.
  • Participate in departmental and college activities.
  • Serve and support functional activities of departmental committees.
  • Assess, review and evaluate student activities and progress.
  • Assist and support senior professors in their day-to-day tasks and functions

Eligibility:

  1. The Candidate should have B.Tech/ M.Tech + P.hd in qualification.
  2. A strong desire to redefine teaching standards and build tomorrow's leaders
  3. Strong communication skills

About Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering

Vidyavardhaka Sangha (VVS) stands as a synonym for quality education in the heritage city of Mysuru. VVS was established in 1949 by great visionaries namely Late Sahukar Channaiah and Late. K. Puttaswamy (Former Minister of Karnataka) to impart quality education to all sections of the society. There are ten educational institutions starting from nursery to engineering college under the aegis of VVS. At present, VVS is under the able guidance and leadership of Sri Gundappa Gowda, President, Sri Shivalingappa B, Vice President, Sri P. Vishwanath, Secretary and Sri S N Lakshminarayana, Treasurer.
