Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative instructional methods.
- Develop professional logistics to improvise student performance.
- Guide, lead and mentor students in research projects.
- Evaluate, monitor and mentor student academic progress.
- Create, innovate and implement career-enhancement programs and activities.
- Supervise and support teaching assistants.
- Participate in departmental and college activities.
- Serve and support functional activities of departmental committees.
- Assess, review and evaluate student activities and progress.
- Assist and support senior professors in their day-to-day tasks and functions
Eligibility:
- P.G Degree- 55% & above with Ph.D./UGC-NET/SET
- A strong desire to redefine teaching standards and build tomorrow's leaders
- Strong communication skills

About The New College
The College is located in the Center of Chennai on a 9-acre (3.6 ha) campus. It is one of the few colleges in Chennai located within the city hub. The older buildings are notable for their Indo-Saracenic architecture which stand in contrast to the new educational blocks. The older buildings are being renovated. The same campus also houses New College Institute Of Management, MEASI Academy Of Architecture And Institute Of Research In Soil Biology and Bio-Technology, MEASI Institute Of Information Technology And MEASI CA Academy.
