Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative instructional methods.
- Develop professional logistics to improvise student performance.
- Guide, lead and mentor students in research projects.
- Evaluate, monitor and mentor student academic progress.
- Create, innovate and implement career-enhancement programs and activities.
- Supervise and support teaching assistants.
- Participate in departmental and college activities.
- Serve and support functional activities of departmental committees.
- Assess, review and evaluate student activities and progress.
- Assist and support senior professors in their day-to-day tasks and functions
Eligibility:
- The Candidate should have M.A/ M.Sc/ M.Com/ MCA/ MBA/ M.Tech/ NET/ SET/ P.hd in qualification.
- A strong desire to redefine teaching standards and build tomorrow's leaders
- Strong communication skills

About Parvathys Arts and Science College
Parvathy’s Arts and Science college which was started in 2005 has grown by leap and bounds in the 13 years. It is offering 11 UG courses 5 PG courses and 4 Research Programmes apart from the Certificate and Diploma courses. It has 90 Teaching Staff and 45 Nonteaching staff in Self-Financed Stream. It has around 2000 students out of which 1200 Girls Students. The College stands for Ideals of Discipline, Devotion, and Dedication. It is affiliated to M. K. University and approved by Tamil nadu Government. The College has been created much needed infrastructure in every year from liberal contribution from the Management. It serves the poor and downtrodden people in the area by providing higher education at the least cost.
