1. Primary responsibility is the welfare and disciplinary charge.

2. Ensure the general wellbeing of student residents in their hall and to handle situations of emergency as and when these arise

3. Expected to work as required by the circumstances at any time of the day and night.

4. Formulating and implementing policies, rules®ulations to be followed by inmates in the hostels according to the general policy of the institution.
