Job Responsibilities
Teaching Minimum 30 hours in every trimester. There are 3 trimester in a year
Publish 1 paper in Journals indexed in Scopus/ Web of Science/ ABDC
1 paper in journals indexed in EBSCO/ PROQUEST
Publish 2 conference papers in reputed national/ international conferences organized by IIMs IITs NITs, etc. during each year
Participation as delegate in 2 FDPs/ Workshops/ Seminars/Summit etc
Conduct 1 MDPs/FDPs/Consultancy in a year
Primary (KRA's) :
• Teaching PGDM Batches for both the year
• Publish 1 paper in Journals indexed in Scopus/ Web of Science/ ABDC
• 1 paper in journals indexed in EBSCO/ PROQUEST
• Publish 2 conference papers in reputed national/ international conferences organized by IIMs IITs NITs, etc. during each year
• Participation as delegate in 2 FDPs/ Workshops/ Seminars/Summit etc
• Conduct 1 MDPs/FDPs/Consultancy in a year
• Administrative/Institutional work such as take up leadership role such as Area Head/ Head of
Accreditation/ Head of rankings/ regulatory compliances/ Head of Quality Assurance/ Head of
Admissions /Convener of Conference/ seminar/ workshop/Editor of journals etc.
