Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Generation
Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating
leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing relationships to drive sales growth. This
role requires a proactive approach to identifying potential customers, understanding
their needs, and effectively communicating our value proposition. The Lead
Generation Specialist will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to
develop and execute targeted lead generation strategies.
 

Job Type: Work from Home (WFH)
 

Working Days: 6 days
 

Office Timing: 2:30pm to 10:30pm
 

Roles & Responsibilities:
Communicate company services via Calling and E-mail and build relationships
to uncover prospect needs.
Achieve weekly and monthly goals.
Generating Leads through mail campaign.
Contact and qualify leads at the top of the sales funnel.
Engage prospects through various communication channels, including email,
phone, and social media.
Understand customer pain points and tailor conversations to address their
needs.
Schedule quality meetings with qualified leads for the internal sales team.
Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth handover of
qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
 

Desired Candidate Profile:
Exceptional precision and resilience, capable of working meticulously while
meeting quantity targets.
Positive sales attitude, adept at understanding customer needs and
effectively promoting educational products without appearing overly
aggressive.
Previous experience in lead generation or sales roles in the
education sector is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho CRM), RingCentral and lead
management systems is a plus.
Mandatory Skills: 

  • Candidates need to have at least 3 years of experience. 
  • They need to call candidates in the US and Europe who applied or inquires for bachelors and master’s course.
  • Candidates need to have excellent communication skills and they need to have a soft tone.
