Open Positions:  HR Executive 

Location: Sushant Lok, Gurgaon (Haryana) 

Working Days: 6 Days Working (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Working Time: 7:45 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. 

Experience: Min. 4(+) Years

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  1. Daily updating list of absenteeism & put to Principal Ma'am.
  2. Check Attendance registers for Admin, Other Staff and Housekeeping on daily basis & for Transport, Security and Teachers on Monthly basis. 
  3. Maintaining daily attendance list of Admin, Academic, Other staff, Transport (Drivers & Helpers), Security staff and Housekeeping. 
  4. Update Leaves in the excel sheet (Leave Index).
  5. Update leaves from registers A1, A2, A3, R1, R2, R3, admin, other staff, contractual & activity staff on Monthly basis.
  6. Update New joinees & left employees details in CATS (Biometric System).
  7. Appointment Letters of new joinees (Adhoc, Probation, Confirmation).
  8. ID's card Creation details to send to Admin dept. 
  9. Update New Joinees details in LIBSYS. & also for staff promoted, resigned (date of resigning), contact details etc. 
  10. File documents in the files. 
  11. Joining Formalities for new joinees (Complete Documents in the file, ID creation, Biometric etc.)
  12. Update and Publish MIS report for Admin and Academic staff.
  13. Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the Management.
  14. Check details of staff for renewal of probation or probation to confirmation & put up details to Principal Mam one  months in advance.
  15. Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have, escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievance or issue.  
  16.  Send monthly Attendance report for all the departments and full & final details to Accounts team.
  17. Conduct exit formalities (Clearance form) for employees and record them accordingly. 
  18. Maintaining good relationship with superiors, peers and all subordinates to tackle the various issues.
