Position: Customer Support Associate - Operations
Location: WFH
Work Timings- Full Time (12 pm - 9 pm)/(1 pm - 10 pm)
Experience: 2-6 Years

Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills.
Good knowledge of computers, especially MS Excel and good typing speed.
Possesses an energetic, outgoing and friendly demeanor
Organizational and time management skills.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Roles and Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by telephone or email.
Document customer interaction when necessary ,compiling documents and forwarding information to interested parties.
Reviewing the customer journey, identifying how it's supported, and taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals.
Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance.
Interacting with students and getting regular feedback to help improve the learning environment.
